1) The promotion is open to UK residents (“Entrants”), excluding employees of Thomas Jacks Limited (the “Promoter”) (and their families) and the Promoters associated companies, agents, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2) To submit an entry to this promotion the Entrant is required to follow the TJ Focus Instagram/Facebook page, like the post, and tag three friends in the comments section. Sharing the post to their story will grant the Entrant one extra submission to the giveaway (max. 1 extra submission).
3) By entering this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted, and be bound by, the Terms. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms, and any such amendments shall be published on the page.
4) The winner(s) will be contacted privately through Instagram or Facebook Messenger.
5) The prizes will be dispatched as soon as is feasible from Thomas Jacks Limited, Apex House, Timothy ‘ s Bridge Road, Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire, CV37 9BF, U.K. Please note that our offices will be closed from 23/12/24 – 02/01/25, and prizes will not be dispatched during this period.
6) Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for an alternative.
7) The winner(s) will be announced on Instagram & Facebook.
8) The winner will be required to send their contact details to us via the private message function on Instagram or Facebook in order for their prize to be sent to them.
9) If for any reason a winner does not reply to our message within five days Thomas Jacks reserves the right to select a new winner.
10) Thomas Jacks may, in its absolute discretion, disqualify any entries which it feels do not comply with these Terms and Conditions, or where any form of bad faith is suspected.
11) The entry must be submitted personally by the entrant. Entries by 3rd parties will be disqualified.
12) The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost or incomplete entries.
13) The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
14) Upon request, the surname and county of the winners will be available by sending an SAE to Thomas Jacks Limited, Apex House, Timothy’s Bridge Road, Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire, CV37 9BF, U.K. Such requests should not be sent until 28 days after the selection of winners.
15) By entering the promotion, you allow the promoters to contact you via Instagram to notify you if you are the winner.
